The How-To Guide

Filming the weekend, simply.

Everything you need to know, from booking the kit to receiving your finished film.

Phase I

Before the wedding

01

Book your package

Choose the package that suits your wedding, add any extras, select your film style, and confirm your dates.

Book as early as possible to secure your date
02

Receive & test your kit

Your kit arrives three days before the wedding with everything needed to capture the weekend, plus a prepaid return label. Take a few minutes to test it out: turn it on, press record, film a short clip, and play it back so you know everything is working.

Phase II

The weekend itself

03

Hand it around & film

Ask someone to film the key moments like the vows and speeches, then let the camcorder move naturally through the wedding - capturing the authentic emotions and imperfect moments as they happen.

We include a simple shot inspiration card

Phase III

After it's over

04

Ship it back

After the wedding, pack everything back into the original box and send it back using the included prepaid return label.

Within 3 days after your event
05

We edit your film

Once your kit is back with us, we download and organise your footage, then begin shaping the moments into your finished film based on the style you selected.

4–6 weeks
You receive: finished film + organised raw footage library
06

Watch it all back

Pour a drink, get comfortable, and relive the day through the eyes of the people who were right there with you - the real moments, the messy moments, and the ones you didn't even know were being filmed.

Watch, share, cry, laugh, repeat.
Gifting this?

Here's what changes.

If you're giving this as a wedding gift, the process is mostly the same - you book, the kit arrives, the couple's guests film the day. The two differences are who gets the box and who gets the finished film. Both are up to you.
