Receive your kit
Your rawframes kit arrives at your door in the days leading up to your wedding. Inside, you'll find your camcorder, batteries, charger, memory card, instructions, and a little inspiration to help your guests know what to capture.

Do a quick test run
Before the wedding, take a minute to try the camcorder. Turn it on, press record, film a few seconds, and get comfortable with how it works. Simple.

Choose your camera crew
Choose a few loved ones to help capture the moments you don't want missed — the friend getting ready with you, the cousin near the speeches, the brother on the dance floor. The included shot list helps cover the important bits, while the camcorder can still be passed around naturally as the weekend unfolds.

Ship it back
After the wedding, pack everything back into the original box and send it back using the prepaid return packaging.

We edit the footage
Once your kit is back with us, we download the footage, organise the raw files, and begin the edit. Your finished film is delivered digitally within 4–6 weeks.
